One is amazed to see that Pervez Musharraf is still in power in Pakistan, between the extremists and secret service and the USA and the democracy activists and supreme court. Benazir Bhutto, Supreme court, Tribal Areas, Siachen Glacier, Kargil, Exporting terrorism to India, Osama, AlQaeda, Pakistan's rogue secret service, terrible economy, disenfranchised masses, and the guy is still hanging on after all this time.One hopes that we have learned from our history and, in the future, don't go looking for tin-pot dictators to prop up as a strategic allies for spreading democracy around the world.
