Puppy Love

Rajesh's music album is close to getting released. Very excited about that. Here is a painting I did for the CD. Have to send over a few more pieces. The title song is about a young girl's infatuation. I have the privilege of having heard it pre-release, and it is great.

It is strange when you are creating something on request. You never know if you have met expectations. You always fall short of your own. I told Rajesh that he and the graphic designer should feel free to manipulate the work any way they feel and not worry about integrity of the piece itself.

Our company picnic was yesterday, at King's Island. Did a lot of rides. Firehawk is a great roller coaster. But I think I would be very unhappy if I paid to go to an amusement park. The lines are ridiculous: people wait 2 hours or more to get on the popular rides. Cheap mindless thrills. Good times. Can't take too many of those.

Thank you, Asha. The Kings Island trip was a lot of fun.

I will see Gisha and Saju and the kids at my cousin's daughter's wedding in SFO later this summer. That should be good: Havent seen them in a long while.

From your blog, it seems you have a busy summer on your hands.
Wow! What a fantastic painting! Warm hues... and serene setting... Our heroine is lazily sitting and day dreaming ... of sunsets and open fields...

Very very cool!
